HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN?
From receipt of order you have 14 days to return the parcel for any refund required. After the 14 days have passed you then have a further 14 days to return for any gift card/ exchanges required.
Returns must adhere to the following:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
-All tags must still be attached to the unworn item/s
-Items must not contain any evidence of wear, stains or odours and be of resaleable value
- Swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed
We may make a determination based on a variety of factors as stated above during our quality assessment process.
*If the above is not adhered to when you make the return then Miss Babe reserve the right to return the item back to you.
Please note we ask you keep proof of receipt for the return in the event of any issue. Miss Babe reserve the right to reject any return if the team have physically not received your order and the customer can not provide evidence to support the case. ( Decision will be made on a case by case basis.)
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Please note due to the current situation regarding COVID-19 to protect all members of staff as best as possible no returns will be handled for 24 hours after arrival in following current guidelines. Apologies for any inconvenience the delays may cause but safety must be top priority. After this, when the parcel arrives at our warehouse you will receive acknowledgment that the return is being processed. The time frame from your parcel being sent back to being processed will be within 7 working days. Should you not hear from us in this timeframe please contact our customer care email and the team will chase the matter and update you accordingly. Please ensure you retain proof of postage return for future reference and include this in any correspondence along with full name and order number when making contact. Please note we can only process your returns once your products have returned to site. Failure to provide proof will stop us from processing the return in the event of lost items.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDERED WITH KLARNA?
When choosing Klarna as your payment method you will receive your invoice from Klarna when the order leaves our warehouse. Once you have returned the product(s) please login to Klarna and mark the relevant product(s) as returned. Klarna will automatically notify you of your payment total as the due date approaches.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDERED SALE ITEMS?
The value of the returned item/ items can be offered as a credit note or a refund.
HOW DO I SEND MY PARCEL BACK?
You will need to use our returns portal in the attached link. Please ensure returns are sent back via our Royal Mail portal and a label is printed and added onto your parcel. (Please note that Rose London will deduct £2.99 from your refund or gift card to cover the cost of your return however we do offer free returns on any exchange. Please note this is for our UK customers only. For any international customers, please return via your normal postal company.)
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A PRINTER?
That's not a problem! Our returns portal offers the option to download a QR code that you can present at the counter of your Royal Mail post office which will allow them to print off a label for you.
